Terms & Conditions for Purchases

By purchasing or redeeming a Red Letter Lanka experience, you agree to the following terms:

1. Experience Validity – All Red Letter Lanka gift vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

2. Experience-Specific Terms – Each experience has its own additional terms and conditions — including safety guidelines, age restrictions, and booking policies — which will be provided to the recipient inside the Red Letter Lanka gift box.

3. Booking Confirmation – All experiences are subject to availability and must be booked directly through Red Letter Lanka using the voucher reference provided.

4. Provider Terms – Experiences are delivered by carefully selected third-party partners. Each partner maintains its own operational, safety, and liability standards.  By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with those terms.

5. Transfers – Vouchers may be transferred to another recipient prior to booking confirmation, provided written notice is given to Red Letter Lanka.

6. Expiry – Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or extended unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations – Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a confirmed experience date may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

8. Liability – Red Letter Lanka acts as a booking intermediary. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage incurred during the experience, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Pricing & Errors – All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change. In the event of a pricing or description error, Red Letter Lanka reserves the right to amend or cancel the booking with a full refund.

10. Intellectual Property – The Red Letter Lanka name, logo, and taglines (“Gifting Memories. Not Things.” and “Gifting, Redefined.”) are registered trademarks and may not be reproduced or used without written consent.

11. Governing Law – All purchases and activities are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka
